Bulk Service Phasing
Bulk services under this Amendment shall be implemented over a six (6) month phasing
period following the commencement of Bulk Service. During this period, Units will be
activated in phases as installation and resident onboarding are completed. Units will
begin billing under the Bulk Service Fee upon activation.

Included Services
Bulk Internet: 1 Gbps symmetrical service (1 Gbps download / 1 Gbps upload).
Bulk Internet: 1 Gbps symmetrical service (1 Gbps download / 1 Gbps upload).
Bulk Video – DIRECTV Entertainment Package including:
1) Two (2) Gemini receivers per Unit;
2) 20 hours Cloud DVR;
3) Streaming on up to 20 additional in-home devices at no additional cost via DIRECTV Stream app;
4) Community Channels provided via DIRECTV Stream.
5) Premium Package including HBO; Cinemax; Showtime; Streaming access to HBO Max
and Paramount Plus at no additional charge.

At the April Board meeting, the Board of Directors unanimously approved moving forward with a transition of Briny’s TV service from RealChoiceTV to DirecTV through Smartaira.
Internet service will not change.
Smartaira will remain the provider for both TV and Internet

Following negotiations, two options are available for final approval:
Option 1: DirecTV Choice Package
125+ channels (includes local and several premium channels)
No monthly cost increase
3% annual increase starting January 2027 through November 2034 which is a 2 year extension of the original contract

Option 2: DirecTV Choice Package
125+ channels (includes local and several premium channels)
Additional $5.00 per unit per month
2% annual increase through November 2032
Additional $5.00 per unit per month
