Our beautiful community is located on the barrier island just east of Boynton Beach. It is an official Town - with its name appearing on virtually all Florida maps. Briny Breezes property encompasses both sides of A1A with quiet lanes of mobile homes. Its casual lifestyle on the Atlantic Ocean side includes a 600+foot private beach with a spacious oceanfront Clubhouse. The Intracoastal side of Briny has 1,200 feet on the Waterway. The place, the people and the facilities all make up the character of the community itself.

“Briny-ites” come from all over the United States and beyond and reflect all occupations and individual accomplishments. It is the diversity that helps make Briny so unique. While many residents live here year round, a good number make Briny their “winter” home which is when the park is bursting with social events, club activities and countless parties. Amenities

Amenities include a Clubhouse, Marina & Community Pool along with shuffleboard courts, a gym, laundromat, and of course the beach!

Many clubs can be enjoyed such as an Art league, Bingo, Chiselers, Curtain Raisers, Garden & Hobby to name a few. We even have our own television station for news & events and a fully stocked library.

The Briny Breezes Oceanfront Clubhouse is magnificent facility used by its shareholders on a daily basis. Ride your golf cart right up to the entrance of the beach. Briny Breezes has 600+feet of private beach with four gated entrances, three showers, two covered picnic areas, benches everywhere. Our Clubhouse has a covered wood deck with rocking chairs to look out over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The Clubhouse also has a newly installed outside fire pit and a barbeque grill to enjoy spending time with friends and family.

The Briny Breezes Marina is more than just a place to park a boat; it is designed to support and enhance the boating lifestyle by providing security & convenience. It has several slips and can accommodate many vessels. Leasing of slips is available to Shareholders and Non-shareholders. Our private Marina docks come with electric and water and automatic lights at night. Ride your golf cart right up to your boat to set sail or fish right from the fully operational fishing station. The Marina has car, golf cart and bike parking. You can also enjoy the breezes or have a picnic at Pelican Point adjacent to the Marina and watch the boats go by.

The Briny Breezes Pool and Cabana is a beautiful place to spend time with the family or have a BBQ. Our pool and cabana have lights, fans, electric, water, ice and a professional stainless steel grill. Ride your golf cart and park in the designated golf cart parking spots. The Pool and Cabana overlook the Marina. Enjoy the breezes and watch the boats go by while you swim.
