BB Inc Corporate Facilities are open to all Shareholders, all the time.  If you want a little more privacy, we usually suggest you hold your gathering towards the south end of the OCH so people aren't going in & out through your party

Parking: Absolutely NO parking on the grass.  All guests MUST have a parking placard and find & park in a GUEST spot.  Shareholder can pick up  guest passes if needed (max #6) from the office
Kitchen is for warming of food only
Party cannot exceed 20 people without prior approval by Board of Directors 
All decorations must be freestanding and cannot be attached to anything on interior of the OCH
It is the responsibility of the Shareholder to clean up after their event.  Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit.  See Clean-up checklist.
